Nice product, but wrong shade description!
I ordered light 3 as it is described as light beige for cool undertones, which is me, light with cool undertones. When it came, it has a quite gloopy consistency and goes one quite thinly giving a hint of colour and a lot of shine (I may have used too much) but I was looking for something that smoothed out my redness without it being too much. So in that aspect, it ticks the boxes. HOWEVER, the website description of the shade is, IMO, wrong. For a skin product that suits cool undertones, normally they have a pinkish hint, however this skin tint is golden and would suit someone with a neutral to warm skin tone. I have attached a picture of light 3, the top shade, and two other shades that suit me. The middle is fenty 170 and the bottom is dior backstage 1CR (1 cool rosey) and as you can see the mac product is in a completely different colour family! I am really disappointed as it is a nice product but the shade descriptions are incorrect and the swatch pictures are very unclear! From looking at the shade, I do not believe that any of the shades are suitable for someone who is pale with a cool undertone, it is yellow.
