Really disappointed
I wanted these for so long and I’m gutted that, in my opinion, they are not as good as any GHD products that I’ve tried. Leaves my hair really frizzy and doesn’t straighten it properly. Also too heave and you get a sore arm holding it. If I hadn’t got personalisation, I would have returned. A very expensive mistake for me

Exceeded Expectations!!!
After watching reviews, I bought the Duet, it surprised me how quickly my thick hair was dried!! Feeling soft and better than a salon blow dry!! I usually wash my hair every 2 days and I went 3 days! A work colleague asked if I had my hair done. I love spending less time to achieve super soft shiny hair and it’s not heavy to hold at all!!

Good product
I have only used this once so far. Debated a lot at which tool to buy. I like the idea of it that it dries & straightens & isn’t damaging. It’s expensive but I purchased with discount. The only thing that bothers me is I found myself pressing the button whilst holding it several times by mistake & then I couldn’t get it to come on again. I wonder if others have had this problem? The button is where you would hold the tool so not sure how to get round this?

Really love these, save time and don’t damage hair
I have long extensions that are braided in and drying and straightening my hair would usually take ~1-1.5hours: using these takes 30-45mins and also gives a better result. To dry the braid I firstly clamp the hair just beneath the braid and hover for 3seconds before moving down the hair per instructions, (I need to do this 3-4 times for the hair to be fully dry), I then also go back to the braid itself and hover over it for 3 seconds too to ensure it’s also fully dry. When I’m doing sections of my natural hair it’s much quicker, I only need to go over each section 1-2 times for it to be fully dry. I find the shine shot an absolutely necessary step, if I didn’t have extensions it probably wouldn’t be necessary on days when I didn’t mind a more natural look, but because of the different textures between natural hair and extensions I absolutely have to use shine shot to blend the two. Brilliant product.
My only downside is that sometimes individual hairs to get caught in the join of the product - I’m talking about 1 or 2 hairs every time I use it so not a major concern, but would be obviously be nicer if no hairs got snagged at all.
For any reviews describing it as heavy and loud I can’t really empathise and I’m curious what hair dryer they’re using that is lighter / quieter - if you’re expecting it to be silent like a pair of straighteners that’s not realistic, of course it’s going to have the noise of air circulation.

Amazing product, just expensive.
I have very frizzy hair and have never used a product before that has made my hair sleek and shiny. Multiple compliments about my hair since using it. It’s heavy but worth the work. Only real downside is price but I guess you are paying for quality here.

Amazing
Was looking for a new hairdryer when I came across the hot air styler - wow!
It takes no longer than drying then straightening but lasts so much longer. I used to have to straighten every day now only straighten when I wash hair (2 - 3 times a week).
It is expensive but with every penny

A big disappointment
I was really looking forward to receiving this but unfortunately it took more than twice the time of my hairdryer and straighteners and left my hair feeling frizzy. Such an expensive product but unfortunately not worth the money. If I could send it back I would. The buttons are also in a very awkward place and I kept pressing them while I was using it.

I bought these wet to dry straighteners after trying my daughters ones first I absolutely loved them so my husband bought me my own ones for my birthday.I absolutely love them.just so quick and easy to use ,I definitely recommend them if your hair is long and you want hair dryer and straightened quickly,they also have the button that you can shine your hair after it’s dried.Really works for me as I have arthritis in my hands and it’s so much easier to just straighten and dry at once ,instead of having to use hairdryer and straighteners.
