Great brush for a great new self-care routine
I know there are great benefits to dry body brushing. It is great pre-shower ritual that gets my circulation going but is relaxing at the same time. The soft brush is just perfect. Highly recommend.

New Drybrushing Routine
I’d never heard of drybrushing until discovering Dr. Sturm on Instagram. Ordered the soft-bristled brush and tried it out. It’s now become a part of my weekly routine. The diagram that comes with the brush makes the process super easy. The results yield invigorated and softer skin.

Exceptional quality!
Great addition to my routine. This body brush has firm bristles and it is perfect for dry brushing that helps exfoliate dead cells and increase circulation.
If you haven't tried dry brushing or you have sensitive skin, I would certainly order Soft brush instead. It will be easier to get a habit and build a tolerance.

Game Changer
I use my body brush each morning before showering. I have noticed a definite difference in the feel and appearance of my skin. I was initially concerned that the brush it irritate my sensitive skin however this is not been the case. My skin is softer and the appearance of cellulite has been minimized.
